UVMAXTM systems undergo exhaustive testing and evaluations to ensure they inactivate harmful pathogens, including E. coli, Cryptosporidium, and Giardia.

1. Safety Cap and Special Lamp Plug The special lamp plug ensures that no one can power the UV lamp if it’s not in the UV chamber. 
2. UV Sensor (Plus series) New and improved sensor ensures safe UV levels are maintained. 
3. Unique Lamp/Sleeve Assembly Lamps and sleeves are assembled together for ease of handling. They can be replaced separately, in minutes and without tools. 
4. Handy Reference Card The reference card outlines the most important system functions and maintenance for quick, on-the-spot questions. 
5. Confidence in Proper System Operation Indicator lights show the status of system components. Warning lights appear when system maintenance is required. 
6. Helpful Lamp Replacement Reminder The lamp timer display counts down the days to annual lamp replacement. (models D4/E4/ F4 + V Series) 
7. Lamp Timer Reset Button Once annual lamp replacement is completed, press this button to restart the lamp timer.
8. Mute Button If a warning alarm sounds, simply press this button to silence the alarm. 
9. High Performance UV Lamp Our high output UV lamp is engineered to maximize UV output. Insist on genuine VIQUA replacement lamps.
